Coach J.C. is the founder of the WIN ALL DAY movement, a high performance coaching business committed to building WINNERS for life. They do this through building the person parallel to building the personal brand business. But it didn’t start there. After throwing away his basketball opportunity, hitting rock bottom, over $400k in debt, suicidal and in the fight of his life to be a father Coach JC was able to create a new story for his life.
Coach JC is a dynamic speaker that pulls on his experience of doing what he speaks on. He built 17 Championship teams as the youngest Director of Performance Coach in the Nation at the Division 1 level, working with athletes from the NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, and Olympians.
He is blessed to coach some of the most recognized leaders from entrepreneurs, pro athletes, CEO’s, and people from all walks of life utilize his programs to WIN in life. Coach JC has started 5 businesses. He is the author of 6 books, his own apparel brand, supplement line and the founder of the non-profit, Fit First Responders. As a speaker Coach JC has been speaking for over 15 years and has motivated crowds of all sizes through his professional speaking even opening up for President Donald J Trump.
