This month the TCB keynote speaker is Toni Moore, President & CEO of Hospitality House of Tulsa.
Twenty years ago, Toni took one of the most difficult experiences of her life—a family medical crisis—and allowed God to transform it into a ministry that has impacted thousands of families. Along with her longtime friend Brooke Gage, she founded Philos (fil-los) Hospitality, the organization behind Hospitality House of Tulsa and Lodgingly.
What began as a vision rooted in biblical hospitality has grown into a ministry that has served more than 10,800 families from every county in Oklahoma, 48 states in the nation, and 13 countries around the world. Through medical lodging, meals, transportation assistance, prayer, and compassionate care, Hospitality House has become a place of hope for families facing some of life’s most difficult moments.
Before founding the ministry, Toni’s served 15 years in healthcare administration, giving her a unique understanding of the practical and emotional needs of patients and caregivers. Today, she is recognized nationally as a leader in healthcare hospitality, speaking to hospitals, churches, businesses, and nonprofit organizations about servant leadership, biblical hospitality, and caring for families in crisis.
Her work has earned numerous honors, including being named one of Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs. Yet those who know Toni best would tell you that her greatest passion is simply following Christ’s example by loving people well and creating places where families encounter practical help accompanied with the hope of the Gospel.
